Within an economic environment characterized by exchanges globalization, human resources management practices should increasingly take into account the cultural dimension. In fact, national, sectorial or organizational cultures, as well as vocational sub-cultures established through several projects, affect more and more the organizations’ existence in general and the enterprises’ existence in particular. Therefore, business world internationalization may lead to the practices homogenization (universalism), the local specificities evaluation (contingency), or even both of them together as well as a sort of hybridization.
The social auditor is always seeking for references and national or international norms. Thus, the “cultural” dimensionshould be taken into account. In this context, IAS Printemps 12th University will enable professors, researchers, leaders,GRH practitioners, and social auditors to have due regard to social audit practices in a region characterized by cultures’cohabitation.
Be numerous with several ideas and experiences in favor of a fructuous debate.
