  Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) is honored to invite you to participate in Jordan International Energy Conference (JIEC), which will be held in Amman – Jordan during the period (20-22/9/2011) . Due to the importance of the conference objectives regionally and internationally, the Organizing Committee will proceed with the necessary arrangements to make this conference a unique and useful event on the regional & international levels.

   This can be achieved by expanding the contributions of the international researchers, scientists and experts in the field of energy from both public and private sectors in different scientific & applied technologies. A specialized exhibition will be held in conjunction with the conference, this exhibition will offer a unique opportunity to introduce the latest products, technologies, services and information related to the energy fields. In addition, the organizer will arrange a number of activities and visits to the well known historical and natural touristic places in Jordan to make your stay in Jordan a memorable one.

-Highlighting the role of energy sector in improving the living standards of the citizens and serving the community through awareness of energy sector, its impact on the environment and means of energy conservation in addition to future challenges.  
-Discussing the means of promoting the energy sector through issuing the appropriate legislations and regulations that ensure developing the energy sources and their uses.
- Acquainting the experiences of other countries in the fields of energy exchanging experiences and following up the technological developments worldwide.
-Encouraging the scientific research through providing an opportunity for researchers to identify the most advanced state of the art in various energy fields, including new researches and inventions.
