The Association of Arab Universities Explores Cooperation Opportunities with NOVETI AI

Prof. Dr. Anas Ratib Al-Soud, Executive Director of the Association of Arab Universities (AArU), received a delegation from NOVETI AI at the Association’s headquarters to explore cooperation opportunities in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and supporting the development of Arab higher education systems.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Al-Soud welcomed the delegation and emphasized AArU’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with institutions and technology providers specializing in advanced solutions, enabling Arab universities to adopt artificial intelligence applications, accelerate digital transformation, and foster innovation in higher education and research.

The NOVETI AI delegation presented its vision for an integrated institutional AI and university digital transformation ecosystem, highlighting innovative solutions and services designed to support higher education institutions in areas including teaching and learning enhancement, university management, capacity building, data analytics, and informed decision-making, in line with global AI developments.

Both sides discussed potential areas of future cooperation, including specialized training programs, workshops, knowledge exchange, and joint initiatives aimed at promoting AI awareness, developing digital skills among faculty members, students, and university administrations, and strengthening the readiness of Arab universities for digital transformation.

The meeting concluded with both parties reaffirming their commitment to continued coordination and exploring collaborative opportunities to develop strategic initiatives that support innovation, advance digital transformation in Arab universities, and enhance their ability to adapt to the rapid changes shaping the future of higher education.
