The Fifth Russian-Arab Universities’ Presidents Conference to be held in Cairo – Egypt (7-8 Dec 2025) – University of Helwan

The General Secretariat of the Association of Arab Universities (“the Secretariat”) extends its warmest greetings and is pleased to invite you to attend the Fifth Conference of Presidents of Arab and Russian Universities, organised by the Association of Arab Universities in cooperation with the Russian Rectors' Union, under the patronage and presence of H.E. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The conference will be graciously hosted by Helwan University and will take place in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, on 7–8 December 2025.

We kindly request that you confirm your attendance and instruct the designated representative to fill in the form via the following link. Please note that official invitation letters will be provided to participants requiring an entry visa to Egypt, to facilitate visa issuance.

Kindly be aware that accommodation costs will be borne by participants themselves; however, Helwan University will provide internal transport. A list of hotels offering preferential rates for participants will be forwarded in due course.
