The Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities Meets the Secretary-General of the Assembly of Peoples of the World

His Excellency Professor Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities (AArU), met with His Excellency Mr. Andrey Belyaninov, Secretary-General of the World Public Assembly, within the framework of strengthening institutional cooperation and expanding partnership horizons between the two organizations at both the academic and cultural levels.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed avenues for joint cooperation and exchanged views on issues of mutual interest, particularly the role of universities and educational institutions in promoting dialogue among peoples, fostering the values of cultural understanding, enhancing human solidarity, and building bridges of communication between different societies. The meeting also explored opportunities for implementing joint initiatives and programs that would support the academic and cultural missions of both the Association of Arab Universities and the Assembly of Peoples of the World.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Lina Al-Bitar, Director of the General Administration at the Association of Arab Universities, and Mr. Ziad Amara, Director of International Relations at the Association.
